In my view Democrat leaders are not at all afraid that Trump would  lock any American people up for revenge. They do probably figure that he will see top secret documents when he gets into the office revealing foul play with Venezuela by Democrat leaders conspiring to bring murderers here on purpose from foreign prisons as an attack on our own country. (They also fear being caught on other major infractions)
